• All goodies are sent out on TUESDAYS, once a week. 
• We only ship within the Republic of South Africa. 

Door-to-Door Services:

• Courier to your door R70 
  1-4 business days

Collection at counter/locker near you

• Pudo locker R60
  1-4 business days.
  Pick up at your nearest Pudo locker, nationwide within 36 hours of receiving your pin. 

• PostNet to PostNet R109
  2-3 business days.

Collections: We do not offer pick ups as an option, all parcels need to be shipped via courier as this aids in our current logistics. 

You are welcome to order as many items as you would like, your selected shipping option cost will automatically be added to your balance upon check out. 

*Parcels are not insured, in the unfortunate and unlikely event that a parcel gets lost in transit, we cannot claim for your payment from insurance. If you would like to add insurance on your parcel, please let us know and we can add this for you at an additional charge (depending on the value of the parcel, it is usually around 5% of the total value). 

Disclaimer - Door to door delivery: Please note that unfortunately, if you live in an area that The Courier Guy deems "high risk" they might not deliver to your door and rather to the nearest Depo to you. They say that they cannot tell us (the sender) beforehand, which areas these are as they use google maps and accept all parcels booked that can be picked up to this address. 

In addition: We use the Courier Guy to ship out our parcels, please note that if you select to pick up at a locker, they give you 36 hours from the time they send you the pin to pick up. After which time they send the parcel back to us and then shipping will need to be paid again as we would need to rebook the parcel to send to you again.
